Step by Step Guide
- Make sure Adobe Acrobat full version is installed
- Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat
- Click on the “Edit PDF” button in the Side Bar
If that doesn’t exist click the Tools menu, Click the “Edit PDF” tool and “Add to shortcut” - Change any text by left mouse clicking on the text, then press the backspace to delete key to remove and add your own e.g.
- To fix font issues highlight the text and change the font size in the window at the side from e.g. 8.8 to 8.5 try to use .5 or .0 decimal point values
- To capture any editable area in the pdf, press the left mouse and hold it down and move the mouse to the lower right, then let go of the mouse button. this will capture any area within this box
- To move text boxes around look for the move double cross icon then hold down the left mouse and move it to where you want
- You can also resize the image by clicking the lower right of the box and you look for a diagonal icon, then holding down the mouse and resizing the image as you want it
- To delete a box area highlight it and hit the DELETE key
- To undo any changes press CTRL+Z keys
